MinimumUpgradeSeverity	DotNetOutdatedUpgradeSeverity	Gets or sets the lowest upgrade severity that is reported. Defaults to `Patch` (everything). Findings whose severity is `Unknown` are always reported. Use `Patch`, `Minor` or `Major`; `Unknown` orders above `Major`, so setting it reports only findings whose severity is unknown.
